Welcome to the Ranch
- All canines must be current on vaccinations for:
Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospriosis, Parvo, DHLP and Bordetella
- All felines must be current on the following vaccinations:
Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, Chlamydia, Feline Leukemia and Calci Virus
- Pets can be dropped off and picked up during posted hours. Please make sure your pet is on a leash or some other kind of restraint. We are not responsible for loose pets in the parking lot.
- Check out time: Pets picked up before 10am are not charged for that day’s boarding.
- Please notify us if there is any change in your arrival/departure time.
- Board payment in full is required when you drop your pet off. We accept cash and checks. Extra activities, training and other requested services are paid in full at check-out.
- All pets are subject to entry inspections for fleas and ticks. If any are detected, further measures will be taken to dispose of them and charges will be applied to your account.
- We recommend a bath for all canine guests who stay a week or longer. Ranch life is fun but sometimes they do get dirty! We use only natural, chemical-free products.
- In the event your pet would need medical attention during their visit and you are unable to arrange transportation, a $25.00 trip fee will be applied for each trip.
- No Show/No Call Policy – To be fair to everyone we need at least 24 hour notice if you will not be able to make your boarding reservation. No Shows will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
- Obedience and Retriever Training is available during certain months and must be pre arranged.
We understand pets are part of the family. You can relax knowing your pet is being professionally cared for and loved during your absence.
NOTE: Toys, pads, blankets, beds, etc. may be brought from home. However, we are not responsible for destroyed or lost items.
